I went into this movie with an open mind to experience something new because it is an anime movie
(2024). After 5 minutes of watching, you will forget that you have never seen an anime movie before and it is like a normal movie. Being a huge Lord of the Rings fan, I was hoping for nostalgia and subtle nods to the original trilogy.

It didn’t disappoint in that regard, but it also invigorated a new addition to the Lord of the Rings universe. The movie was easy to watch, had a solid plot, great character development, fantastic action, and was a lot of fun. I would recommend this movie to anyone who is a Lord of the Rings fan and wants to enjoy being thrown into Middle Earth for another couple of hours!
